Underground boxing club located under the city of BlackWater

FEATURES:

- During the day, a guard will block the entrance and will not let anyone through. 
- When 9:00 p.m. the guard will disappear. allowing access.
- Possibility of deactivating the guard from config.lua, allowing you to access the club at any time.
- Interactive NPC. It will play an audio when you approach it.
