Features:

• 6 fully accessible buildings.

• Unfurnished buildings so you and your players can decorate them however you want.

• The Colony is located in Mexico, near CHUPAROSA.

• Contains some NPCs that will talk to you when you get close.

• If you don't want to have NPCs, you can deactivate them since the package consists of 2 scripts, one dedicated only to NPCs
  Some NPCs contain more than one audio, so they will say different phrases randomly
